Shipment:

For shipping costs within Germany we charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 2.75 (including postage and packaging). This applies to orders of one to two products. For orders over €30.00, delivery is free.

For deliveries abroad (EU), a flat shipping fee of EUR 5.99 is due. Any additional taxes and customs duties that may arise must be paid by the purchaser. For orders worth €50.00 or more, delivery abroad is free. Deliveries to the UK and Switzerland cost EUR 8.99.

Payment terms:

We accept all credit cards (Mastercard/VISA), Paypal, Sofortüberweisung and Giropay as payment methods.

Pay by invoice:

If your order is placed on behalf of a public institution, a company or a sponsoring organization (school, daycare center, education, social affairs, city, etc.), purchase by invoice is possible. After we receive your order, we will contact you immediately using the contact details you provided.

Delivery times:

The delivery times depend on DHL Germany. Within Germany, delivery times usually take 2 to 4 days. Outside Germany it can take up to 8 working days.
